Celebrating our world-class mentors and their achievements. Every badge here marks a mentor who showed up, week after week, for a student who needed them.
We believe acknowledgment is the fuel for retention. Through Step 7 of our strategic plan, we celebrate the tireless efforts of our mentors with digital badges, certificates, and public recognition.
Digital badges are awarded for consistency, impact, and the trust mentors build with the students they guide.
